Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. You will design, implement, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive growth. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of executing successful digital and traditional marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Campaign Management: Plan and manage end-to-end promotional campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, and offline channels.

  • Content & Brand: Oversee brand messaging, creative assets, and content production to ensure consistency.

  • Market Research: Analyze competitor activity, customer behavior, and market trends to find new growth opportunities.

  • Data & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (KPIs), and deliver actionable ROI reports.

  • Budgeting: Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize return on investment.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, while collaborating closely with Sales and Product departments.
