Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct site visits to perform measurements, assess installation conditions, and provide technical recommendations for architectural glass and fabrication projects
Supervise installation activities to ensure products are installed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards
Inspect products and installation work at project sites, identify defects or technical issues, and recommend corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with project sales, fabrication, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to customers, installers, and project stakeholders during project execution
Prepare site inspection reports, installation reports, and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with organizational quality, safety, and operational procedures
