Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced candidate to support North End`s Production Management in the role of Production Management Analyst.
∎ Reports to : Head of Production & Bakery Director

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Entering production data accurately in our internal system and QuickBooks and executing inventory systems within time limits.
∎ Reconciling Inventory mismatches between the physical inventory and the inventory management system.
∎ Writing PRs with accuracy and communicate with Procurement team to ensure that we have sufficient raw materials to meet demand.
∎ Receiving products from vendors (includes lifting & organizing products up to 10 kgs) and organizing them in FIFO in walk-in fridges and freezers.
∎ Following weekly, monthly closing responsibilities closely to ensure data is maintained accurately.
∎ Working across departments to build strong relationships and offering support.
∎ Identifying anomalies or other issues and proposing solutions to the supervisor.
∎ Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions.
∎ Ensuring confidentiality of the information.
∎ Other duties assigned by the line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience using Inventory Management/Accounting software is preferred.
∎ Skills in using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel as well as Google Sheets, Docs and Gmail.
∎ 1 to 2 years of experience in the Financial or Supply Chain Management fields is preferred.
∎ Excellent organization and analytical skills.
∎ In good physical condition, with the ability to lift products up to 10 kg.
∎ Capable of working in temperature controlled environments (e.g. walk-in deep freeze units & AC office space).
∎ Able to work under pressure with competing deadlines.
∎ Strong communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Salary: Tk. 24250 - 38250 (Monthly)
