Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

LEAN Manufacturing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Furniture Manufacturer, Handicraft, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day responsibility of meeting targets and quality standards, keeping direct costs in alignment with the business plan.
∎ Execute Continuous Improvement projects using Lean tools.
∎ Development of Work Area Leaders in leadership skills.
∎ Work closely with the HR on labour issues.
∎ Support the Operations Manager in production planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Track record of practical implementation of Continuous Improvement projects.
∎ A target-oriented mindset.
∎ A team player, with strong personal values including honesty, integrity, and an interest in ethical business.
∎ Excellent people skills and be able to communicate with clarity in English and Bengali.
∎ Good computer literacy skills.
∎ Must be willing to settle in the north of Bangladesh.
