Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production officer/executive take care sewing line so that he can be doing the line balance morning first hour.
∎ Production officer/executive will close order style by style with help from line Supervisor.
∎ Production officer/executive complete back to back layout by reduce line feeding time with technical team.
∎ He helps HR team for reduce absenteeism, unauthorized leave, lunch out by closely counseling with operator.
∎ Production officer/executive will check & developed process wise operator capacity with the help of IE team & increase line production.
∎ Bottle neck operation operator can develop, training & skill with the help of technical team.
∎ He closely monitor hourly production target each line & each operation.
∎ Production officer/executive will track input & output & accuracy accountability each line.
∎ Production officer/executive increased production & efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
