∎ Production Engineer is responsible to manage the section / department and ensure the production target.
∎ Job Location: Head Office & Factory (Kushtia)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the production and make sure that production lines are running smoothly.
∎ Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high-quality products.
∎ Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
∎ Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
∎ Identify unsafe operations & practices and report to the management. Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
∎ Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
∎ Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
∎ Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
∎ Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
∎ Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology, and production processes.
∎ Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability.
∎ Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive resolutions.
∎ Aid in budget preparation and monitor expenses and profitability
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of manpower & materials.
∎ Ensure proper documentation as per the requirement of ISO
∎ 9001:2015 (QMS).
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Home Appliance, FMCG, Group of Companies.
∎ Additional Job Requirements
∎ Age Maximum 35 years.
∎ Should have at least 03 years’ experience in any manufacturing industries.
∎ Able to work in a team environment.
∎ Positive, self-motivated, honest, dedicated, loyal & possessing good memory.
∎ Capable to work under Pressure.
∎ Computer literacy is must, sound in MS-Office application, e-mail & internet.
∎ 'SMART' reporting and communication skills
∎ Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have a high-energetic approach to problem solving.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and time management skills.
