• Experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment (metals, or heavy industry preferred).
• Knowledge of automation systems, CNC/PLC machines, and modern production processes.
• Expertise in CAD and design-related software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) for tools, dies, and process layouts.
• Strong computer literacy: MS Office(Advanced Excel, ERP/MIS systems, and production-related applications.
• Ability to work across multiple departments (extrusion presses, tool room, melting furnace, anodizing, powder coating, warehouse, etc.) as per rotation/assignment.
• Hands-on and practical: can assist in machine operation, tool/die handling, furnace activities, and production reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret production and quality data.
• Capable of multi-tasking, quick learning, and adapting to diverse manufacturing processes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, and leadership potential to develop.
• Flexible, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.

We are currently looking for experienced individual for the position of Production Coordinator.

Job Purpose:

The Production Coordinator will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and coordinating daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow, optimal resource utilization, and timely delivery of quality aluminum products. The role requires strong coordination between production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to achieve production targets while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure timely order completion.
• Coordinate manpower, raw materials, and machinery for optimal production output.
• Coordinate production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, efficiency, and company policies.
• Act as a bridge between Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Supply Chain teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate production records, analyze performance data, and submit reports to management.
• Ensure that products meet required specifications and take corrective actions in case of deviations.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, delays, and operational challenges in production.
• Enforce compliance with workplace safety rules, and environmental standards.
• Recommend process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and productivity enhancement measures.
• Motivate and guide production staff, ensuring discipline, teamwork, and consistent productivity.
• Any tasks assigned by the management.
