Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective positioning of both branded desktops (HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc.) and clone/custom-built desktops for different market segments.
∎ Develop and execute product planning strategies for branded desktops and custom-built (clone) desktop models, including accessories and upgrade options.
∎ Monitor desktop market trends for both branded and clone desktops and adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
∎ Track product performance, customer demand, and sales data to analyze the adoption of branded and clone desktop solutions.
∎ Identify performance gaps in branded and clone desktop sales, service, and customer satisfaction, and implement corrective actions.
∎ Create and execute targeted promotional campaigns and special offers for branded desktops and cost-effective clone builds to attract a wider range of customers.
∎ Identify new business expansion opportunities based on regional demand, branch performance, and customer preferences for branded vs. clone desktops.
∎ Manage the online presence of both branded desktops and custom-built solutions through websites and digital platforms, ensuring clear differentiation and value propositions.
∎ Optimize desktop product information and listings for SEO to enhance online visibility and reach targeted customer groups interested in both high-end branded PCs and budget-friendly clone builds.
∎ Conduct market visits and client meetings to understand customer needs, assess business opportunities, and provide tailored desktop solutions, whether branded or custom-built.
