Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc In Textile Engineering / Fashion Designing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching key trends and directions (shapes, colors, print and yarns)
∎ Developing mood boards and color boards.
∎ Managing the development of commercial ranges for customers and own labels.
∎ Taking briefs and developing product for specific customer requirements.
∎ Sourcing yarn and Trims, assess the viability of new products and prepare initial costings.
∎ Responsible for sampling and liaise with the related departments to deliver the product within the desired time frame.
∎ Liaise with the Aman overseas designers and marketing team to provide them with necessary USPs, keywords and product specification
∎ Able to analyze sales figures, customer reactions, costing structure etc.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Must have experience of dealing flat knit/ sweater as designer/merchandiser.
∎ Having experience of working with overseas designers will added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
