Experience:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering/Business Administration/SCM from any reputed public or private university.
PGD or a recognized professional course in SCM will be an added advantage.
5-6 years of working experience with the Supply Chain department and in a factory
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001)
Effective communication and negotiation skills with both internal teams and external vendors.
Computer literacy & expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) is a must for the position.
Working knowledge in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle etc.) and data-driven operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Procure packaging materials from both local and overseas suppliers, ensuring quality compliance through supplier development initiatives and preparing comprehensive supplier appraisal and performance evaluation reports.
Coordinate and follow up the import documentation at home (Logistics & Finance) and abroad (Suppliers & Bank) to ensure the adequate supply of Imported Raw & Packaging Materials on time.
Prepare monthly “Additives Planning” based on sales projections and ensure proper follow-up for execution.
Prepare and monitor the “180 Days Base Oil Plan” in line with monthly sales projections and ensure timely follow-up.
Generate the weekly Production planning and ensure the availability of packaging materials in line with the weekly production plan.
Coordinate with Sales-Marketing to get sales projections and facilitate the yearly planning for raw & packaging materials.
Coordinate & follow-up the “Inventory Management” to maintain the Max-Min Level, reorder point for packaging materials and finished products.
Conduct and supervise the monthly “Inventory Reconciliation Program”, ensuring accurate physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records.
Conduct the monthly "Sales & Operation Meeting" with the participants of customer service, Sales, Supply Chain, Blending & Filling, and Lab Operation.
Ensure compliance with QMS and IMS (EMS & OHSMS) procedures and practices related to procurement and production planning activities.
