Responsibilities & Context:
- Monitor and optimize printing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular inspections of printed materials to ensure they meet color accuracy, registration, and design specifications.
- Oversee and lead the digital printing team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Schedule and supervise routine maintenance and repairs on printing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during the printing process.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, equipment maintenance, and inventory usage.
- Prepare reports on production efficiency, quality issues, and team performance for upper management.
- Provide ongoing training and skill development opportunities for team members.
