Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure strong communication with projects regarding better monitoring and evaluation.
∎ Conduct evaluation and monitoring related training and workshop session for capacity building of CSS staff.
∎ Conduct and Support internal surveys regarding data collection, analysis, FGD, baseline survey, document analysis.
∎ Analyzing and prepare various questioner, Survey questioner, Survey Orientation, KII, FGD, Workshop, Meeting etc for surveys or analysis related work.
∎ Ensure regular monitoring follow-up of evaluation/ monitoring findings and recommendations as per monitoring tools.
∎ Ensure six monthly Monitoring with reporting for all CSS project.
∎ Ensure quality evaluation of CSS projects as per need.
∎ Assist CSS Barta publications and ensure different printing quality.
∎ Prepare different ToR for external consultant and internal evaluation and monitoring purpose.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have minimum 2 years experience in Monitoring and evaluation.
∎ Candidate who have experience in Monitoring, Research and Survey will get preference.
∎ Candidate should be expert in Ms Office and illustrator.
∎ Candidate should be honest, non-smoker and hard worker.
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 16500 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ The eligibility to become a permanent staff of CSS is subject to his/her satisfactory performance during probation period (Six months from the joining date). After being permanent other benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy like: provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical aid etc.
