Job Context:
∎ As a Plant Manager, you will provide leadership to all and outstanding the need of the company, while managing an industrial portfolio. You are responsible for all aspects of Planning, Operation & Maintenance.
∎ We are seeking an experienced and innovative Plant Manager with exceptional business management skills, significant leadership experience and manage the operations and maintenance staff to ensure timely production and distribution of products within quality standards, high uniformity and optimum production costs and a passion for turning around things for growth.
∎ Job Location: Jashore, Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall cement plant maintenance.
∎ Monitoring cement production, packing & delivery operations.
∎ Responsible for maintaining and continuous improvements in quality standards of the cement plant.
∎ Reviewing cost parameters & ensuring process improvements and innovation.
∎ Responsible for all technical and quality audits.
∎ Providing technical support for all equipment to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure.
∎ Supervise diagnosis of faults and arranging repair of equipment / machinery.
∎ Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standard procedures; complying with codes and legal regulations.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Maintenance, Operation, Total Productive Maintenance.

Salary: Negotiable
