Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement production plans to meet delivery deadlines.
Coordinate with merchandisers and buyers to understand order requirements, prioritize orders, and allocate resources accordingly.
Monitor production capacity and adjust schedules as needed.
Work closely with the sourcing and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for production.
Collaborate with quality control teams.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.
