• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Technology, Industrial Engineering, Production/Operations Management, or a related field is mandatory.

✅ Key Accountabilities:

• Optimize production planning and control for both wet and dry process.

• Develop and monitor comprehensive production schedules covering raw materials inflow, capacity utilization, and shipment timelines.

• Align plans with buyer delivery schedules, production capabilities, and quality requirements.

• Coordinate with merchandising, procurement, production, and logistics to ensure smooth order flow and operational synchronization.

• Analyze and allocate workloads effectively between both facilities to maximize efficiency and reduce idle time.

• Monitor key KPIs (on-time delivery, order fulfillment, capacity utilization, and process efficiency).

• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with data-driven improvement plans.

• Ensure raw materials and chemical availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

• Drive cost optimization through planning accuracy, reduced wastage, and better resource utilization.

• Anyother task assigned by the Management.
