- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role in a shoe/footwear factory.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans for smooth operations.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and inventory to meet production goals.
- Monitor and optimize factory resource utilization.
- Find the cost of an individual article before production starts.
- Analyse production data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with departments to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare detailed reports on production progress and challenges.
- Manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Supervise and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence.
- Address management’s directives and implement strategic plans.
