Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Filing: Ensure filing is complete as per specified method Order Files must always be in order Correspondence files must always be updated. Daily Production Follow-up: 1 visit in the morning, 1 visit in the afternoon, from weaving to stitching + Sampling Prepare Ready for shipment Report for onward processing Prepare Greige Demands, Printing Programs, Update master order as and when instructed Prepare Trim Cards, get accessories finalized by interacting with the supplier and buyer To ensure continuous follow-up with regards to pending approvals regarding accessories, samples, lab dips etc to ensure clear path for mills to proceed manufacturing
