Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ PGDHRM/Bachelor in CSE will be preferable.
∎ Good Microsoft Excel knowledge will be highly preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bangladesh Labor Law, EPZ Law, General HR, HR and Payroll
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain daily, weekly and monthly attendance Reports.
∎ Reporting on daily attendance, payroll expenses, compensation, benefits, and insurance.
∎ Entering the data of new employees into the company's databases (e.g. bank accounts).
∎ End-to-end processing of the company’s monthly payroll for final review for the Manager.
∎ Updating and maintaining Employee summary, OT Record, Employee ID card, Shift change, and final settlement records.
∎ Maintaining leave reports.
∎ Assist with the compliance Team during audit
∎ Take effective strategies to reduce employee turnover & and increase employee retention.
∎ All other tasks and responsibilities are assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge on ERP/HR Payroll software.
∎ Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Salary: Negotiable
