Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 22 years
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in payroll management. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong command over Bangla and English (Verbal and Non-verbal).

  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and ERP (SAP) systems.

  • Proficient in tax calculation and fund administration.

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Responsible for the accurate preparation, disbursement, and management of employee compensation and benefits across all company locations. This role includes handling payroll processing, tax calculations, fund management, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management:

    • Prepare and disburse monthly salaries, wages, bonuses, incentives, overtime, and allowances.

    • Accurately process payments into the HRIS and ERP systems.

  • Fund and Tax Administration:

    • Manage Provident Fund loans, settlements, and disbursements.

    • Calculate and manage employee salary taxes.

  • Employee Records:

    • Maintain and update personal files.

    • Record changes for new hires, leavers, promotions, etc.

  • Final Settlements:

    • Prepare and disburse final settlements for outgoing employees.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Produce ad-hoc reports and analyze data for management.

    • Make recommendations based on survey results and payment information.

  • Employee Support:

    • Address payroll-related queries while ensuring confidentiality.

  • Other Duties:

    • Any other relevant tasks (as may be) assigned by the superior as and when required.
