∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Proven experience as a Pattern Master in the fashion industry.
∎ Proficiency in CAD software such as Gerber AccuMark, Lectra Modaris, or similar tools.
∎ Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern grading, and fabric properties.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively with designers and production teams.
∎ A passion for fashion and an understanding of market trends.
∎ Requirements:
∎ Proven experience as a Pattern Master in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop precise patterns for garments using CAD software.
∎ Modify and adjust patterns to ensure proper fit and design accuracy.
∎ Collaborate with design teams to create and finalize garment patterns.
∎ Grade patterns to multiple sizes while maintaining design integrity.
∎ Conduct virtual garment fitting using CAD tools to ensure quality and style consistency.
∎ Manage and maintain a database of digital patterns.
∎ Stay updated with the latest CAD tools and technologies in the fashion industry.Preferred Qualifications:
∎ Experience in creating patterns for a wide variety of garments (casual, formal, ethnic, etc.).
∎ Familiarity with 3D garment simulation tools like CLO 3D or Optitex is a plus.
