Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Head of Operation: Need to have Knowledge about quality, sample room, cutting room, and production as well. Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
∎ 2. Quality Head: Quality Managers are responsible for monitoring and evaluating internal production processes, examining products to determine their quality, and engaging with customers and gathering product feedback, among other duties.
∎ 3. Sample Room Head: Overseeing the functions of the CAD room. Identifying possible improvements to the systems and processes in the sample room and monitoring their implementation. Have to require Sound knowledge of the entire manufacturing process.
∎ 4. Cutting Room Head: Fabric reconciliation for cutting department and Determining production fabric average. Also meeting with the production manager and discussion about the cut plan. Cutting quality and fusing quality control.
∎ 5. Pattern Master: Draw details on outlined parts to indicate where parts are to be joined, as well as the positions of pleats, pockets, buttonholes, and other features, using computers or drafting instruments. Examine sketches, sample articles, and design specifications to determine quantities, shapes, and sizes of pattern parts, and to determine the amount of material or fabric required to make a product.
∎ 6. Production Head: The ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.
∎ 7. Merchandiser: Have to Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and time-scales.
∎ 8. Commercial Head: The goal is to promote and expand the company’s commercial activity that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth.
