∎ HSC/ Diploma/ Vocational Trade Course
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to run and manage automated/ semi-automated Edible oil Process Plant independently.
∎ Should have knowledge of process parameters and control equipment operation.
∎ Should have knowledge of various oil types, Oil quality, yield of final oil and process loss.
∎ Ensure proper preventive and breakdown maintenance of the refinery plant.
∎ Report writing, maintain record as per requirements.
∎ Maintain the Plant in accordance with Food Safety requirements
∎ Capability of handling manpower
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in operating modern production plant
∎ Knowledge of ISO 22000:2005 (Food Safety), BS OHSAS 18001:2007 (Safety) will be added advantage
