Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Plan and manage the overall production process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
∎ • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
∎ • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ • Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
∎ • Manage production budgets and expenses, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
∎ • Recruit, train, and manage production staff, including supervisors and line workers.
∎ • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
∎ • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
∎ • Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
∎ • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
∎ Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure the smooth operation of the entire business.
