Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, grow and drive the operational performance of a portfolio of restaurants strategically within the platform
∎ Responsible to maintain data hygiene within CRM tool, and internal spreadsheets
∎ Work closely with the Vendor onboarding team to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of accounts signed
∎ Responsible for front-end checks and raising issues/concerns that might compromise the user-experience
∎ Troubleshoot and provide support to the partner restaurants to ensure partners are compliant to foodpanda standards
∎ Support Head of Subscription and Offline in preparing reports or any other ad-hoc administrative duties
∎ Support customer support department in resolving customer issues relating to Subscription and Offline
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proactive and self-motivated individual who enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment
∎ Positive attitude with good communication skills
∎ Strong project management, independent worker who is highly adaptable
∎ Knowledge and experience with Google Sheets and Salesforce is a plus
