Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Experience in Sea Freight operations or having knowledge about IGM submission will be highly encouraged.
∎ Strong network and contacts with shipping stakeholders.
∎ Good understanding of LCL and FCL shipments, including container loading and consolidation.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
∎ Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Closely coordinating with counterparties including shipping agents, cargo suppliers/customers, C&F and transporter etc. for following the operations properly.
∎ Endeavour to provide notice of potential issues to respective team.
∎ Ensure local customs procedures and follow up.
∎ Proactively chase for relevant documentation from all parties involved.
∎ Daily monitoring and work on Off-Dock all reports/billing.
∎ Supporting local customers’ agent for documentations process, coordinate with CFS team to arrange equipment and visit Off-Dock if necessary.
∎ Ensure correct and timely updates for all operations.
∎ Adhere to all procedures/processes & policies regarding usage of Company information systems.
∎ Ensure to submit IGM and release all import DO activities comply with the latest standards.
∎ Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
