Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain inventory reports and ensure the daily receiving and delivery of goods to ensure continues production.
∎ Keep constant communication with supply chain department and provide correct information about inventory levels, consumptions or any lack of materials that can create a disruption of production.
∎ Storage of goods following the guidelines of out EHS team to ensure the safety on the work areas.
∎ Support and perform monthly inventories and explain if needed the variances found.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
∎ Leads monthly inventory status meeting and weekly team meetings as needed.
∎ Coordinate all activities related to inventory control, including reports and monthly physical inventory count.
∎ Provides advice and assistance to the Manager in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of modifications to existing operations, systems and organizational procedures.
