• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Textile Engineering

• 3 to 5 years

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations (preferably in garments or e-commerce)

• Experience in production planning, inventory control, and vendor management

• Skills:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation ability

• Knowledge of ERP/inventory management software

• Understanding of apparel production processes

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of apparel production and order management

• Manage inventory, supplier coordination, and ensure timely sourcing

• Monitor quality control and ensure product standards are met

• Coordinate with design, production, packaging, and logistics teams

• Implement strategies for improving workflow and reducing cost

• Analyze sales data and manage order fulfillment for e-commerce channels

• Supervise and motivate team members across departments

• Manage reporting, budgeting, and ensure compliance with operational policies
