Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of apparel production and order management
Manage inventory, supplier coordination, and ensure timely sourcing
Monitor quality control and ensure product standards are met
Coordinate with design, production, packaging, and logistics teams
Implement strategies for improving workflow and reducing cost
Analyze sales data and manage order fulfillment for e-commerce channels
Supervise and motivate team members across departments
Manage reporting, budgeting, and ensure compliance with operational policies
