Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Cost Control

 

·         Monitor and control operational expenses to ensure profitability.

·         Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.

·         Review departmental expenditures and maintain budget compliance.

·         Ensure proper utilization of hotel resources, supplies, and utilities.

·         Coordinate with department heads to reduce wastage and operational inefficiencies.

 

2. Manpower Management

 

·         Supervise and manage overall staffing requirements and workforce planning.

·         Ensure proper scheduling and deployment of employees based on operational needs.

·         Monitor employee productivity, attendance, grooming, and discipline.

·         Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training and development programs.

·         Maintain a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company policies.

 

3. Business Increase

 

·         Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.

·         Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to promote hotel services and packages.

·         Monitor guest feedback and service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.

·         Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

·         Ensure high operational standards to strengthen the brand image and guest loyalty.

Additional Responsibilities

·         Ensure smooth coordination among all departments.

·         Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.

·         Prepare operational reports and submit them to management regularly.

·         Handle guest complaints and operational issues professionally and efficiently.

·         Support management in achieving organizational goals and targets.
