Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering from any public university.
∎ Work experience in dredging projects will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Operation Maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a lead member of the Operation Team to ensure the successful completion and profitability of on-going or new projects.
∎ Provide interface with project team members, suppliers, customers, and others who are involved in project work.
∎ Provide overall project management guidance and oversight to Superintendents, Foremen and Project Engineers for dredging and other marine construction projects.
∎ Establish and maintain excellent customer relations with current and prospective clients.
∎ Develop bid proposals for upcoming dredging and river management related services projects and ensures timely submission of completed proposal.
∎ Develop proper packages for subcontractors.
∎ Estimate costs to be incurred in upcoming projects accounting for materials, services, labor, and other associated costs.
∎ Monitor actual costs and complete current project(s), accounting for materials, services, labor, and other associated costs.
∎ Procure subcontractors, permanent materials and consumables, and services from suppliers for current projects as required by project needs.
∎ Interpret project plans and specifications as required for customers, suppliers or others involved in the project.
∎ Negotiate with various client and government to current contract for the future contract.
∎ Schedule project work activities according to plan timelines to ensure timely project completion.
∎ Prepare and submits invoices for payment on projects.
∎ Ensure that project team members are provided a safe work environment and are knowledgeable and compliant with all safe work practices and policies.

∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Capable of analyzing data and project planning
∎ Very good command in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Presentation
∎ Must be smart, dedicated and well organized
