Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper supply of product as per requirement.
∎ To maintain connection with Merchants & Collectors for product collection.
∎ Analyze, Reconcile and Report logistics (collection/shipment) daily operation performance metrics
∎ Ensure to resolve service problems by root cause analyzing of customer's complaints
∎ Coordinate supply chain process.
∎ Ensure proper delivery of products.
∎ Prepare reports as per requirement.
∎ Identify efficiency improvement areas.
∎ Take all necessary steps to maintain the supply chain process flawless.
∎ Any other tasks given by the authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ If candidates not able to work in night shift no need to apply
∎ If you are not able to work late in night no need to apply
∎ Computer literacy - MS Word, excel, Internet, email
∎ Experienced (Fulfillment/ Operations, Courier company or in any Ecommerce Site) candidates will get preference

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
