∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development or Operation Management, Courier, eCommerce Operation, Logistics Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with management to plan and build Operation strategies and execute them in timely manner
∎ Keep a healthy relationship with the clients and see to their needs with utmost priority
∎ Ensure up to the mark service in operation
∎ Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future operation strategies and campaigns
∎ Be prepared to make market visits and client meetings occasionally
∎ Report progress to senior management.
∎ Research and monitor the activity of company competitors
∎ Keeping track of delivery and pickup operation
∎ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & Word
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): E-Commerce Industry, Logistics Industry
∎ Have knowledge in IT Enabled Services, Tech-based startups
∎ Candidate must have adaptability and must be a team player
∎ Highly experienced in Vendor/Merchant Acquisition
∎ We are looking for someone who is willing to as well as capable of planning operation strategies and planning ahead of the time
∎ Candidate must have a can-do attitude
∎ Should be capable of handling a large amount of data and should have a good understanding of the current market situation
∎ Should have leadership capability and have to be prepared to manage a team consisting of a large number of team members
∎ Should be easygoing, confident, and smart enough to handle the assigned task in a proper manner and meet the deadline
∎ Must be prepared to work on target-oriented and start-up environment
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 16000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable for deserving candidates
Compensation & Other Benefits:
