Courier, eCommerce Operation, Logistic Service, Logistics, Logistics Management, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain delivery riders and keep track of their works
∎ Look after the total branch operation and report everything to the senior management
∎ Have to manage a small amount of cash and prepare reports on deliveries and pickups
∎ Have to maintain a healthy relationship with merchants/vendors
∎ Should be able to hire riders on short notice and on-demand basis
∎ Report progress to senior management.
∎ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & Word
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), E-Commerce Industry, Logistics Industry
∎ Should have knowledge in IT Enabled Services and Tech-Based startups
∎ Candidate must have adaptability and must be a team player.
∎ Highly experienced in maintaining a large amount of cash, Have basic accounting knowledge
∎ We are looking for someone who is willing to as well as capable of planning strategies for a branch operation
∎ Candidate must have a can-do attitude
∎ Should be capable of handling a large amount of data and should have a good understanding of the current logistics market
∎ Should have leadership capability and have to be prepared to manage a team consisting of a large number of team members
∎ Should be easygoing, confident, and smart enough to handle the assigned task in a proper manner and meet the deadline
∎ Must be prepared to work on target-oriented and start-up environment
Salary:
∎ Tk. 11000 - 14000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable for deserving candidates
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
