∎ Skills Required: Advanced Knowledge in Excel, Customer Support/ Client Service, Excellent communication skill, Logistics, Must be Target Oriented, Sound Knowledge on Microsoft Office Package
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Client Relationship Management, Customer Support/ Client Service, Ecommerce, Logistics, Tele Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with management to plan and build marketing and sales strategies and execute them in timely manner
∎ Keep a healthy relationship with the clients and see to their needs with utmost priority
∎ Ensure up to the mark service and brand consistency in marketing
∎ Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
∎ Be prepared to make market visits and client meetings in a regular basis
∎ Report progress to senior management.
∎ Research and monitors the activity of company competitors.
∎ Knowledge of SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and develop communication with clients, team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results.
∎ Managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's Content and services.
∎ Keeping track of relevant social media events
∎ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & Word
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), E-Commerce Industry, Logistics Industry
∎ IT Enabled Service, Web Media/Blog, and Advertising Agency
∎ Candidate must have adaptability and must be a team player.
∎ Highly experienced in Vendor/Merchant Acquisition
∎ We are looking for someone who is willing to as well as capable of planning marketing strategies and planning ahead of the time
∎ Candidate must have a can-do attitude
∎ Should be capable of handling a large amount of data and should have a good understanding of the current market
∎ Should have leadership capability and have to be prepared to manage a team consisting of a large number of team members
∎ Should be easygoing, confident, and smart enough to handle the assigned task in a proper manner and meet the deadline
∎ Must be prepared to work on target-oriented and start-up environment
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable for deserving candidates
Compensation & Other Benefits:
