Experience:
4-years graduation preferably in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing or related discipline from a reputed university with no third class/division or equivalent CGPA in the academic record. Having Postgraduate degree will be considered an added advantage.
Any relevant Professional Qualifications will be considered an added advantage.
5 to 10 years of banking experience including at least 03 years experience in consumer/retail banking, deposit mobilization, or product management will be preferred.
Age not exceeding 40 years as of January 31, 2026. The age limit may be relaxed based on relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Actively contribute to deposit mobilization initiatives, including CASA growth and retail deposit portfolio expansion.
Support the development, enhancement, and rollout of consumer banking products such as savings, term deposits, consumer loans, cards, and digital banking services.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and customer segments to drive retail banking growth.
Support marketing, promotion, and sales campaigns for consumer banking products and services.
Facilitate customer acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management to ensure long-term retention.
Coordinate with branches to implement consumer banking strategies and achieve assigned business targets.
Assist in pricing, product features review, and competitiveness analysis of retail banking products.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, and internal policies in all consumer banking activities.
Prepare MIS, business performance reports, and analytical insights for management review.
Coordinate with Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing divisions for smooth execution of consumer banking initiatives.
Support service quality improvement initiatives and customer experience enhancement programs.
