Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) The Applicant should have experience in 100% export oriented knit composite manufacturing industry.
∎ 2) The Applicant should have experience to Prepare cash incentive File.
∎ 3) Prepare documents for cash BTMEA certificate & submit it to Spinning mills & collect Certificate
∎ 4) Cash Incentive file should be submitted to the bank stipulated time. After submitting the cash incentive file to the bank, regular communication should be maintained with the bank.
∎ 5) When Cash Incentive File submitted to audit firm from bank, keep touch with the audit firm and collect the certificate from the audit firm as soon as possible.
∎ 6) All Times communication with related banks, audit firms & central bank until the realization of the audited claim amount.
∎ 7) Monitoring cash incentive related to all activities. Keeping updated knowledge related to all circulars and guidelines regarding cash incentive.
∎ 8) Applicant must have detail understanding Master LC, Sales Contact, BB LC, UD.
∎ 9) Reporting to top management related to cash incentive purpose properly daily
∎ 10) Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be a long term planner.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English.
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
