∎ Strong technical knowledge in industrial Engineering (SMV Calculation & Layout).
∎ Should have experience in working with knit based garments.
∎ Good skill in excel & word.
∎ Good leadership quality to lead & motivate Operators.
∎ Good command in both written & spoken English.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze the bulletin and prepare layouts, identify critical operation and special machines/attachment conducting capacity study, method study, production study, time study, line balancing etc.
∎ Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring. Identify and minimize the bottle neck areas, co-ordinate with seniors and line managers for solving issues.
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum work in progress (WIP) review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedure & activities.
∎ Monitor Workers performance.
∎ Operators’ skill test & skill matrix preparation hourly individual target/production monitoring and take necessary action lost time recording (NPT), Efficiency calculation, problem study, develop productivity ensure DHU (Defect per hundred unit) Nonproductive time calculation.
∎ Input in hand, WIP, change over time monitoring closely work with the production floor/line management communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards.
∎ Ensure monthly two Kaizen & learning curve efficiency should be achieved as per target.
