∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete recruitment and selection processes
∎ Conduct orientation session of newly joined employees
∎ Monitor/ update Leave & Attendance system and prepare associated reports
∎ Update HRIS and other HR database
∎ Work on employee upgradation procedure
∎ Prepare various HR reports
∎ Prepare/update personal files according to all associated documents
∎ Provide necessary support to other activities as needed
∎ Perform any other duty entrusted by the Supervisor/HOD
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Should have excellent verbal and written communication skill both in Bengali & English
∎ Should have knowledge and skill on MS Office application
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
