Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arranging interview session & complete registration of new employees.
∎ Identifies roaster conflicts and provides regular checking & updates to the team regularly.
∎ Prepare bills of Travelling allowance & dearness allowance for factory related transportation & privileges.
∎ Check approval confirmation & then uploads leave applications of all employees in the ERP server.
∎ Submit all overtime of respective employees to ERP server.
∎ Prepare monthly salary sheet and complete all the procedures of monthly salary.
∎ Generates & sorting computerized database lists for all officers, supervisors & employees in respective department.
∎ Other task assigned by the management.

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Good in Labor law
∎ Good in communication
∎ Should be team player
