Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 50 years
  • Experience in the glass, building materials, ceramics, construction materials, steel, cement, or related manufacturing industry is preferred

  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with strong commercial acumen

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, ERP systems, sales forecasting, budgeting, business reporting, and performance analysis

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional coordination, and travel as required to achieve business objectives.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for all assigned glass products

  • Establish, develop, and maintain a strong distributor, dealer, and retailer network to maximize market penetration and product availability

  • Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and strategic customers to increase sales volume and regional market share

  • Lead, motivate, coach, and monitor Territory Sales Officers, Area Sales Managers, and other sales personnel to improve productivity and performance

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, architects, contractors, developers, fabricators, and corporate clients to enhance customer loyalty

  • Conduct regular market surveys to monitor competitor activities, pricing, product trends, customer preferences, and emerging business opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to management

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, sales performance reports, inventory updates, and market analysis reports for management review

  • Monitor customer credit limits, outstanding receivables, and collection performance while ensuring compliance with company credit policies
