Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To be responsible for employees’ recruitment process, preparing CV & personal files and updating software.
∎ Complete new joining formalities, Prepare employee & New Employee ID cards.
∎ Worker File management, Grievance Resolution, Absent Counseling, etc.
∎ Conduct general HR programs including orientation of new hires, employment law compliance, safety and security.
∎ Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
∎ Assist in the implementation of Human Resource Policies.
∎ Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
∎ Organize employee performance reviews.
∎ Perform additional general administrative tasks or special initiatives as delegated by the immediate supervisor.
