Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute production activities as per approved production plans to meet daily market demand and dispatch schedules.

• Implement and monitor process controls in line with production planning to ensure consistent product quality, yield, and efficiency.

• Ensure smooth production operations on a shift-wise basis (day/night) in accordance with planned schedules and output targets.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety through continuous cleaning, sanitation, and proper workplace maintenance, in compliance with GMP and food safety norms.

• Identify and implement waste reduction initiatives across warehouses, raw materials, packaging materials, and production equipment to minimize losses and improve efficiency.

• Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials as per the daily production schedule to achieve productivity and cost-effectiveness.

• Prepare, maintain, and review production records, logs, and reports related to output, downtime, wastage, and compliance.
