Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CCTV Installation, CCTV Maintaining, Hardware & Networking
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support all users about Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners..
∎ Resolve and Maintaining computer systems and networks..
∎ Knowledge about IP based Phone communication.
∎ Knowledge about CCTV communication.
∎ Implements plans for replacing and upgrading computer hardware and software, switches, wireless access points, and other related devices.
∎ Develop complete understanding of unit/Location level IT requirements.
∎ Coordinate with Corporate IT to ensure system and process alignment of Unit/Location IT infrastructure to overall IT framework.
∎ Provide IT support to ensure smooth business operations at unit/Location.
∎ Ensure required maintenance of the IT infrastructure at unit/Location.
∎ Inspect and configure all new computer system as per assignments.
∎ Monitor of Network services for smooth network transaction and escalate issues to corporate IT on timely basis.
∎ Issue IT hardware to users as per entitlement.
∎ Conduct IT training for basic computer skills and other applications for end user.
∎ Have enough knowledge about IT security policy.
∎ Have good knowledge about ERP function.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Hardware, CCTV & Networking.
∎ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
∎ Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
