Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
Purbani Group is looking for qualified and experienced Officer or Senior Officer in Industrial Engineering (IE) to support its Printing, Washing, and Embroidery operations. The ideal candidate must have a B.Sc. in Textile Engineering and prior experience in the IE functions of relevant sections.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve work methods and process flows to ensure maximum efficiency.
Develop time and motion studies, line balancing, and capacity planning.
Implement and maintain IE tools to reduce wastage and improve productivity.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Quality teams to achieve set targets.
Monitor KPIs and generate reports on performance and productivity.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across assigned sections.
