∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must be well-versed and have minimum 06 years of practical experience in commercial export documents making for the RMG industry - Woven Denim (Transferring L/C, commercial invoice, packing list)
∎ Booking placement and uploading shipments docs in online system for forwarder and buyer.
∎ Prepare, check and confirm all export and shipment documents.
∎ Dummy BL cheek, confirm to shipping line.
∎ Well-developed communication skills to negotiate with Shipping Lines and Freight forwarders, Insurance companies, keep in touch with C&F agents and submit documents to C&F agents.
∎ Accurate arrangement of all export documents, files, and folders archived for future information.
∎ Should have the mental ability to work under pressure, be flexible for office time, work long hours, and do any other task assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Prepare Co Certificate, Export/Re-export certificate & others export related certificates.
∎ Must have well versed in MS Office application (Word, Excel) and ERP.
∎ Post-graduation / graduation from any discipline preferably in Commerce.
