Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Chemistry/ Environmental Science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily operation of ETP;
∎ Testing of inlet and outlet water several times a day;
∎ Operation of BOD, COD, TDS, TSS, DO etc. testing devices and tools;
∎ Maintaining of register for inlet/outlet flow record and in-house quality record;
∎ Conduct internal and external calibration for applicable devices and tools including proper register;
∎ Proper functioning of every stages of ETP operation;
∎ Proper bacterial growth and monitoring of bacterial growth regularly;
∎ Find-out the any problem and mal-functionality of ETP and take urgent corrective action and preventive action;
∎ Regular and preventive maintenance of ETP processes, instruments, devices and tools to avoid any contingency situation;
∎ Operation of wastewater recycling plant;
∎ Compliance to ZDHC wastewater quality and DoE water quality;
∎ Renewal and process of yearly ECC;
∎ Wastewater testing following ZDHC and GRS standard;
∎ Use of compliant chemical in ETP operation and testing lab following ZDHC MRSL;
∎ Proper monitoring of ETP drainage system and take corrective and preventive action if require;
∎ Safety of all internal and external stakeholders by PPEs, Eyewash, Safety Shower, Training, Drill etc.;
∎ Operation of sludge dewatering machines and proper management of sludge;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Experience of waste water recycling plant operation will get preference;
∎ Root cause analysis as per ZDHC guideline will be preferable;
∎ Experience in Chemical ETP, Bio-Chemical ETP, Biological ETP etc.;
∎ Good communication skill and well behavior;
∎ Ready to work under pressure;
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation.
