Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Arts (MA)
∎ PGD on HR or Compliance will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ This is one of the largest leading woven outerwear (Tops & bottom) Jacket manufacturing companies in Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for Compliance expert. Must have working experience in Garments Compliance.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Face all kind of Audits and prepare necessary Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit report.
∎ HIGG, BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, BETTER WORK & Others- Online registration, audit payments, providing necessary documents and making updates in websites.
∎ Make Proper Communication with Audit firms, Buyers, Buying House for Audit and required documents.
∎ To monitor training/awareness on regular basis.
∎ Make Analysis to Reduce Absent, Migration & other issues.
∎ Regularly monitor all floors Health & safety, hygiene and environment.
∎ Provide support to making Policies to meet Labor Law and Buyer COC requirements.
∎ Taking care of PC, Safety and Canteen Committee with their meeting minutes.
∎ Taking care of H&M PD data, Higg & others to input in H&M Supplier Portal every month.
∎ Filling up Assessment forms of different buyers.
∎ Working on factory development Project recommended by Buyers.
∎ Maintaining Worker Grievance box and record.
∎ Doing others related works as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House/Garments.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skill in Bengali and English.
∎ Computer literacy is must (MS word, Excel and Power point).
