Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive information about any salary enquiries to the competent authority/ individual;
∎ Generate pay slip and salary sheet of all employees;
∎ New joining employee list check;
∎ Prepare the bill of maternity, earn leave, festival bonus, resignation bill;
∎ Track and eradicate any anomalies in payment comparing to working hours and OT with consent of supervisor;
∎ Receive necessary information regarding leave, attendance and salary management for recording payroll;
∎ Maintain constant communication with admin department to streamline the salary reimbursement abiding pay factors, such as leave, OT, Target Achieve bill, attendance and others;
∎ Take needful steps to extinguish queries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing;
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame;
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills;
Salary: Negotiable
