  • Strong IT skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Officer/ Sr. Officer to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality products and services at competitive prices, developing and evaluating suppliers, and ensuring on-time procurement and delivery in line with our company standards and ERP documentation practices.

  • Cost Optimization: Strategically procure goods and services at competitive rates while ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Supplier Development & Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable local suppliers to meet quality, cost, and service expectations.
  • On-Time Procurement & Delivery Compliance: Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and on-schedule delivery of goods and services.
  • ERP & Documentation Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase records, contracts, and vendor agreements in the ERP system.
  • Market Analysis & Alternative Sourcing: Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, assess alternative products, and track procurement trends.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and resolve issues proactively.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and legal standards. Prepare procurement reports and present regular updates to management.
