Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support all users about Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
∎ Resolve and Maintaining computer systems and networks.
∎ Implements plans for replacing and upgrading computer hardware and software, switches, wireless access points, and other related devices.
∎ Develop a complete understanding of unit/Location level IT requirements.
∎ Coordinate with Corporate IT to ensure system and process alignment of Unit/Location IT infrastructure to overall IT framework.
∎ Provide IT support to ensure smooth business operations at unit/Location.
∎ Ensure required maintenance of the IT infrastructure at unit/Location.
∎ Inspect and configure all new computer system as per assignments.
∎ Monitor Network services for smooth network transaction and escalate issues to corporate IT on a timely basis.
∎ Issue IT hardware to the users as per entitlement.
∎ Conduct IT training for basic computer skills and other applications for end-user.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Should have Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Hardware, CCTV & Networking.
∎ Should have Excellent organizational and communication skills.
∎ Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
