Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in developing and implementing human resource plans, employee development plans, and organizational development activities.
∎ Review, update and maintain employee personal files and other HR paper works in an efficient, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
∎ To work on employee attendance, leave, OT, Off Day, Extra Hours duty reports for the employees of head office and factory and maintain proper records for payroll processing.
∎ Utilize various sourcing channels to attract potential candidates and prepare job circular, posting, reference check & coordinate in employee recruitment & selection process.
∎ Keep track record of hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
∎ To organize and carry out regular performance reviews, especially for new employees, according to the performance appraisal policy.
∎ To ensure proper employee engagement activities throughout the company.
∎ Prepare Clearance and Process employee settlement for Head Office, Field Force & Factory.
∎ Preparing different drafts, reports, statements and minutes as directed by the supervisor.
∎ Manage HR operations, including ID card issuance, and visiting card management.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
